Letting Go. Cleanse. Emotional Abuse.
Every year–right before my birthday–I go through a cleanse. Right before my birthday also happens to be at the end of the year, since my birthday is in January. The cleanse that I am talking about is an emotional, physical, and spiritual cleanse, where I consciously (or unconsciously) delete from my life negative and totally unhealthy people. I also find myself not visiting those places that bring up the most negative and unhealthy energy, and let go of the things in my life that don’t support my well-being and good health. At certain times in my life, that list has included clients that created more problems for me, than not. For me, this cleansing and purging process is healthy.
Courage. Self esteem. Verbal Abuse. Hard Decisions.
What about you, what people, places, and things do you need to let go of? Do you have the courage to let go of emotional abuse? Verbal abuse? Do you have the courage to make hard decisions? Self esteem comes from DOING Esteemable Acts, and it’s an Esteemable Act to let go of things which no longer serve you.
I am Attorney, Author, Speaker Francine Ward supporting your good health, while helping you protect what’s yours– your sanity!
